Job Summary
General Manager at DRM Arby's responsible for leading a restaurant team, creating weekly schedules, coaching and hiring the right fit employees, overseeing inventory and ordering, maintaining food safety and a clean, safe dining environment, ensuring marketing plans are executed, reviewing P&L with district leadership, and upholding a positive family-oriented culture while delivering excellent customer service. Must have 3-5 years of restaurant leadership experience (or equivalent education), be able to lift up to 50lbs, work flexible hours, and meet background/age requirements; will play a key role in driving operations, sales, and staff development in Oshkosh, WI.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform tasks related to food preparation and service
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
- Background check satisfactory and age at least 18
