Job Summary
Lead restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing weekly schedules, coaching staff, overseeing inventory and ordering, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, executing marketing plans, resolving customer issues, and reviewing profit-and-loss progress with the District Manager. Cultivate a positive, family-focused culture, maintain operations under safety guidelines, and drive growth and engagement while upholding the DReaM brand and values. Demonstrate adaptability, strong people skills, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting; drive staff development through the company’s leadership curriculum and contribute to long-term restaurant success.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use your hands to prepare the meatiest sandwiches
- Ability to work flexible hours and work independently as well with a variety of personalities
- Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
