Job Summary
Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers’ hunger needs are met while fostering a positive, family-oriented culture. Develop weekly schedules to maintain capacity, coach and hire the right fit applicants, manage inventory and ordering, uphold food safety and cleanliness, resolve customer issues, execute marketing plans, review profit and loss with the District Manager, and drive positive relationships with customers and coworkers. The role emphasizes leadership development, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement within a family-focused environment. Fun and engagement with the DReaM Team are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours and work independently as well with a variety of personalities
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use your hands to prepare the meatiest sandwiches
