Job Summary
In this General Manager role at DRM Arby’s, lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and meet customer hunger needs. Responsibilities include generating weekly schedules to ensure adequate capacity, coaching and disciplining staff, hiring the right fit applicants, overseeing inventory and ordering, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, resolving customer and wellness issues, ensuring marketing plans are executed on time, and reviewing profit and loss with the District Manager to drive performance. Emphasis on building a positive, family-oriented culture, delivering quality guest experiences, and supporting team development and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use hands to prepare sandwiches
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently in a fast-paced environment
