Job Summary
Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity and maintain a positive customer experience. Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices to supply sufficient product levels while ensuring the environment remains clean and safe per food safety guidelines. Coach and discipline staff, hire applicants, and resolve customer or employee concerns using necessary measures. Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager, execute marketing plans, and diffuse issues to maintain a family culture. Lift up to 50 lbs and prepare sandwiches. Requires 3-5 years of restaurant leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Display drive, determination, punctuality, and maintain responsibility in working scheduled shifts
- Have 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Adequate driving record to include valid driver's license & insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours and work independently as well with a variety of personalities
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
