Job Summary
Lead restaurant team to deliver customer-focused service by inspiring and supporting staff, creating weekly schedules, overseeing inventory and ordering, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, coaching and hiring the right fit, executing marketing plans, reviewing P&L with the District Manager, and upholding a positive family culture and customer experience. Drive operations with calm leadership, ensure performance standards, solve problems, and foster a fun, goal-oriented environment that supports personal and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours and work independently with a variety of personalities
