Job Summary
Lead the DReaM Team as General Manager at DRM Arby's in Medford, WI, overseeing restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, food safety, and customer service while coaching and developing staff, executing marketing plans, and reviewing P&L with the District Manager to meet goals. Drive a positive family-style culture, ensure safe/clean operations, manage performance and hiring, and support business objectives with strong leadership, adaptability, and focus on guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Demonstrated punctuality and responsibility with scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide coaching, disciplinary measures, and hire the right fit applicants
- Experience reviewing profit and loss statements with leadership
- Strong people-oriented relationship skills
