Job Summary
Inspire and manage restaurant operations to meet customer hunger needs and contribute to the DReaM Team’s goals. Lead weekly scheduling, coach and discipline staff, hire the right fit applicants, oversee inventory and ordering, maintain cleanliness and food safety, adapt to various situations, resolve customer issues and support employee wellness, execute marketing plans, review profit and loss with the District Manager, and foster a positive, family-oriented culture while driving growth and service excellence. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work flexible hours, pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Able to work flexible hours
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
