Job Summary
Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service, optimize weekly scheduling to ensure a welcoming environment, coach and hire the right fit for roles, oversee inventory and ordering to maintain product availability, enforce food safety and cleanliness standards, adapt to varied situations to support team needs, resolve customer and employee concerns with composure, execute marketing plans on time, and review profit-and-loss progress with the District Manager to drive store performance. Requires 3-5 years of restaurant leadership experience, ability to work flexible shifts, 18+ with a valid driver's license and satisfactory background check; comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs; committed to a positive, family-focused culture and continuous development within a fast-paced DeReaM team. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong people-oriented relationship skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
