Job Summary
General Manager at DRM Arby's leading a restaurant team to deliver a welcoming customer experience by overseeing scheduling to ensure adequate capacity, coaching and hiring the right fit applicants, managing inventory and ordering practices, enforcing food safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, and diffusing customer and staff wellness concerns. Responsible for executing marketing plans on time, reviewing profit and loss with the District Manager, and fostering a positive, family-focused culture. Requires ability to lift up to 50lbs, flexible hours, 3-5 years of leadership in a restaurant setting, valid driver’s license and insurance, background check, and being at least 18 years old. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
