Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all aspects of property operations including guest and employee satisfaction, HR, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and delivering ROI to Marriott International and property ownership. Leads strategy, brand initiatives, and owner relations, ensures Marriott brand standards, drives profitability and market share, builds community relations, and oversees talent management, revenue management, and public relations to maintain high guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
