Job Summary
Lead a motivated and energetic team to run a busy London pub. Responsibilities include overseeing FOH/BOH service with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and a profitable kitchen, driving sales and profit with finance and marketing teams, maximizing business potential and atmosphere, managing stock, scheduling, wage control, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Recruit staff from ad through interview and hire; manage venue performance, including P&L and stock control, and cellar management; oversee service operations and team leadership across front- and back-of-house.
