Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of park operations, including guest services, food and beverage, training, and facility management for a team of 35-40 employees. Collaborate with the owner and direct reports to uphold operational and cultural standards while managing labor, spending, and inventory within park guidelines. Recruit and hire talent, coach diverse staff, and drive business growth through profitability goals and sales strategies. Deliver exceptional on-brand guest experiences, conduct cleanliness audits, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures. Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in an entertainment or food and beverage setting
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly
Desired Qualifications
- Food safety or alcohol certification
- CPR/First Aid
