General Manager

Oversee all operational performance objectives for a Tim Hortons restaurant, including ordering supplies, overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness, and security; ensure Always Fresh standards and waste levels are managed; drive profitability by planning to budgets, maximizing sales, and controlling food/paper/labour costs and payroll administration. Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and development of team members; build bench strength and set team goals; maintain open communication with staff, General Manager, and owner; ensure compliance with applicable legislation, health and safety programs, and company policies and ethics; handle guest complaints professionally; prepare performance reports and analyses; establish relationships with the local community and participate in CSR activities; enforce health and safety practices, conduct inspections, and take corrective actions; manage postural and physical demands as required by the role.
