Job Summary
General Manager responsible for end-to-end restaurant operations at Tim Hortons, including overseeing ordering, facility maintenance, cleanliness, security, adherence to Always Fresh standards, budgeting and cost controls, payroll administration, recruiting and developing team members, executing performance management, and driving guest satisfaction through effective leadership, communication, safety compliance, and community engagement. Leads health and safety programs, ensures policy implementation, handles guest concerns, prepares performance reports, and fosters bench strength by identifying high-potential employees for progression. Maintains open lines of communication with staff and ownership, upholds company ethics, and ensures compliance with applicable legislation while maintaining high standards of guest experience and cost efficiency.
