Job Summary
General Manager for Tim Hortons responsible for executing operational performance objectives to achieve guest satisfaction. Oversees operational management tasks including ordering supplies, building cleanliness and security, waste and cost controls, payroll administration, and adherence to Always Fresh standards. Leads people management duties such as recruiting, training, development, performance management, and building bench strength. Sets team goals, maintains open communication with shifts and restaurant owner, ensures legal compliance, maintains high guest experience standards, enforces company policies and ethics, handles guest inquiries, prepares performance reports, cultivates local community relationships, enforces health and safety practices, and drives improvements in health and safety programs. Includes frequent manual dexterity, standing, and physical demands typical of a restaurant leadership role.
