Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the property’s overall performance, including guest and employee satisfaction, HR, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and ROI. Leads strategy development and execution, ensures alignment of property business plans with brand and owner goals, builds relationships with owners and local community, and drives revenue through targeted sales and marketing activities. Oversees Talent Management, organizational capability, and leadership development; analyzes business information to optimize profitability, budget adherence, and market share; ensures compliance with Marriott standards and safety requirements; acts as a primary liaison with owners, guests, employees, and local officials to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand image. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesian and experienced in Indonesian market operations, hotel management, and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
