General Manager (Albany-NY)

Staff all restaurants for full operation with no closures, ensuring availability across digital, delivery, pickup, and drive-thru channels. Hire and train crew members and assistant managers while maintaining Sagacity culture and LCE brand standards. Address guest complaints to drive retention and communicate daily with leaders on sales, growth, repairs, and maintenance. Execute weekly labor planning, perform food inventories to manage cost and safety, and run daily food safety checks. Work a minimum of 45 to maximum of 54 hours based on restaurant requirements. This role includes a $18/hour base plus bonus program and paid overtime.
