Job Summary
Manage all restaurant activities and ensure consistency with the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing. Direct Shift Leaders, Crew Trainers, and Crew Persons to meet expectations while evaluating their performance and providing regular feedback. Model guest-centric service, respond quickly to concerns, and enforce labor laws and food safety standards. Utilize labor effectively to meet budget and execute company-wide programs. Work a standard 47.5 to 50-hour week with flexible hours designated by the District Manager. Maintain high personal integrity, drive performance results, and ensure a fun working environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years in management position
- preferably restaurant new experience
- Able to work a standard 47 1⁄2 - 50 hour work week
- Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- Able to work the days and hours as designated (scheduled) by the District Manager
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
- Organizational, planning and time management
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift 50 – 75 pounds comfortably
