Job Summary
Conduct daily station operations at Denver International Airport, overseeing passenger services, ramp handling, and ground support equipment maintenance while enforcing strict safety, security, and environmental stewardship protocols. Lead the senior team to implement and audit compliance with federal regulations, quality assurance standards, and corporate governance guidelines. Manage station-level budgets, staffing schedules, and inventory controls to ensure financial performance and operational efficiency. Direct emergency response planning, accident investigations, and root cause analysis for safety incidents. Collaborate with customers to drive business development and continuously improve service delivery based on feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous airport leadership experience required
- Experience in business development, sales and commercial negotiation & pricing
- Wide ranging general management experience, with some years of senior management experience
- Extensive management and/or support service experience, preferably in an into plane fueling or ground equipment fueling environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills balanced with a high level of confidence to influence and present at all levels
- Interpersonal skills: Independence, decisiveness and the ability to work accurately and independent of immediate support
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels
- Flexible, determined to succeed and self-motivated
- All applicants must hold requisite employment authority to work in the USA
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Possess and maintain current valid US driver's license
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs
- Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in desktop computing applications including (but not limited to) Microsoft suite of products including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Office 365
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
