Job Summary
Conduct daily operational oversight, including ABR meetings, sales calls, and property tours to maximize revenue and control expenses. Lead management teams through weekly staff meetings, competency training, and performance appraisals while ensuring strict adherence to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and brand compliance. Manage financial reviews, budget execution, and monthly safe audits alongside guest relations and departmental inspections. Forecast monthly financial positions and oversee hiring procedures for all vacant positions. Maintain regular attendance and participate in required M.O.D. coverage as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience
- 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Company approved spreadsheets
- Proficiency in word processing
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Ability to be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to assimilate complex information data etc from disparate sources and consider adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need
- Ability to be effective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
