Job Summary
Leads and initiates Food and Beverage outlet operations, including outlet marketing, food and wine promotions, customer service and inventories; assists with menu and recipe development; develops beverage programs; manages budget administration, forecasting, and profit/loss accountability; supervises outlet staff and ensures HACCP/OSHA/compliance; drives guest experience through creative initiatives and strong service standards; conducts inventory and procurement, ensures equipment maintenance, and leads administrative functions such as reporting and quality assurance; seeks to maintain knowledge of F&B trends and collaborates with support departments to deliver exceptional guest service; requires leadership and personnel-management responsibilities with performance appraisals and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
