Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the local operation at the new Philadelphia location and supporting Adrian in Michigan, ensuring exceptional customer experience for customers, dealers, and strategic partners. Develops strategy, annual budget, and business plan; sets goals for sales, inventory, and production; manages local HR, staffing, and safety; approves payroll-related items; leads continuous improvement initiatives; fosters a one-team culture and collaborates with Inside Sales and Fleet Account Executives to enhance the overall customer experience. Requires integrity, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset with strong knowledge of vocational trades and ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. Education/skills include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with leadership experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous Leadership experience with a strong ability to develop people is preferred
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills is preferred
