Job Summary
Lead store operations and develop B2B sales teams by coaching Store Managers and B2B Sales Representatives to drive retail and commercial growth. Oversee daily execution of standards, including planogram compliance, inventory accuracy, safety protocols, and promotional merchandising across multiple locations. Champion the helpful service culture by setting clear customer expectations, managing payroll and budgets, and using financial data to guide decision-making. Provide weekly executive recaps covering sales performance, pipeline status, staffing updates, and operational risks to align leadership. Support expansion initiatives and balance performance across retail and B2B channels to optimize total business success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5+ years of retail management experience
- Experience leading teams in retail, service, or sales environments
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular travel between store locations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
