Job Summary
Oversee all daily hotel operations for Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa, ensuring seamless, profitable function across departments. Lead revenue management, recruitment and training, customer service, and achievement of financial targets while developing and mentoring the team. Drive performance improvements aligned with business objectives, build strong multi-stakeholder relationships (owners, guests, regional shared services), maintain high product and service standards to maximise revenue and manage expenses, and act as a liaison within the local community to foster engagement. Demonstrate experience across hospitality operations and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive financial growth through strategic planning and strong leadership. Knowledge of Real Estate licensing (Class 1) is advantageous.
