Job Summary
General Manager responsible for overall daily operations of Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa, overseeing revenue management, recruiting and training, customer service, and achievement of financial targets, while leading and developing a team, driving performance improvements, maintaining service standards, and fostering stakeholder relationships with guests, property owners, and community partners. Must demonstrate operational, hotel or GM experience across multiple departments, confidence in relationship-building, and ability to drive financial growth through strategic planning and execution. Desirable: Real Estate licence (Class 1) and experience with bodies corporate in an MLR setting. Accor benefits and global opportunities provided.
