Job Summary
Lead the pre-opening planning and execution for Hyde Mazatlán, developing the Operating, Marketing & Sales, and Capital Budgets to align with brand and ownership expectations. Fully own commercial performance by managing P&L, revenue generation, and net operating income targets across multiple food and beverage outlets. Establish annual budgets, oversee payroll and revenue reporting, and ensure strict compliance with local laws, health, and sanitation standards. Build and manage a high-performance team through hiring, training, and succession planning while championing continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the central communication hub for guests, ownership, and external partners, delivering front-facing guest engagement and recovery support. Execute highest brand standards and operational SOPs to ensure consistent quality and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Significant experience in high-end Lifestyle hotels ideally in Mexico or similar leisure markets
- Experience leading successful openings, transitions and resort properties
- Experience in luxury & lifestyle properties where the experience is branded from beginning to end
- Prior experience in a similar role
