General Manager of Novotel & ibis Melbourne Central Hotels overseeing a 472-room property with two brands, driving revenue and occupancy, leading and developing a hospitality team, and coordinating across marketing, sales, operations, and guest experience to deliver KPIs and financial results. Required Qualifications
