Job Summary
As General Manager, oversee daily hotel operations at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa, including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service, and achievement of financial targets. Lead and develop the hotel team to ensure profitability and service excellence, drive performance improvements, and implement strategies aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests, and regional shared services; maximize revenue while managing expenses; foster a positive customer sentiment; act as a liaison with the local community and Accor. Demonstrate experience across departments with broad stakeholder management and the ability to drive financial growth through thoughtful strategy. Knowledge of hospitality metrics and the ability to motivate teams to achieve top-line revenue. Desirable experience with body corporates in an MLR setting and a current Real Estate licence (Class 1) is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel/operational leadership at General Manager level
- Proven track record in revenue growth and financial targets
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Knowledge of Accor processes and hospitality standards (preferred)
- Current Real Estate licence (Class 1) advantageous
