Job Summary
Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals, accurately report financial measures, and oversee inventory supply to ensure adequate merchandise availability. Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates while scheduling coverage to meet published hours. Close lease agreements with a focus on customer service and safeguarding assets, personally authorizing returns and executing company guidelines. Ensure quality control calls are completed within one business day of delivery, maintain company vehicles, and reconcile inventories weekly. Requires strong leadership, selling skills, and a valid driver's license with safe driving record. Salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 annually with incentive pay.

- All General Managers must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver's License and comply with the Aaron's Driver Qualification Policy
