Job Summary
Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals, accurately report financial measures, and control inventory supply. Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates while scheduling coverage to meet published hours. Ensure Quality Control Calls are completed on all new lease agreements within one business day and maintain company vehicles to safe operating standards. Personally authorize returns, close lease agreements, and execute all customer service programs and company policies. Maintain professional appearance, demonstrate strong leadership and selling skills, and possess safe driving skills with a valid license and satisfactory MVR.
