Job Summary
General Manager for Cambria Hotel Burbank leading hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Administration while driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and brand excellence. Responsible for establishing a clear vision aligned with Cambria positioning, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability, recruiting and mentoring department leaders, overseeing annual business plans and budgets, maximizing RevPAR and GOP margin, and partnering with Sales/Marketing to capture market share. Acts as the public face of the property, builds relationships with local businesses and community organizations, ensures compliance with safety and brand standards, and leads data-driven initiatives to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
- Experience with lifestyle, boutique, or premium-branded hotels preferred
- Proven track record in driving financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership presence with ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and P&L oversight
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of competitive market dynamics and local demand drivers
- Ability to balance brand standards with innovation and operational agility
