Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, securing the facility, and performing light maintenance such as mopping, sweeping, and unit cleaning. Drive sales performance through rentals and protection plans while resolving customer escalations and building long-lasting relationships. Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager, train staff on compliance and safety policies, and ensure products are stocked and displayed efficiently. Manage the complete auction process from notices to buyer payouts and maintain facility safety through regular walkthroughs and lock checks. This full-time role operates Monday through Saturdays with a flexible schedule, offering competitive hourly pay and uncapped monthly performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
- Strong customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to regularly perform indoors and outdoors
