Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the overall performance and operations of a WhiteWater Express location. Leads day-to-day operations, drives revenue growth, ensures safety and service standards, fosters a positive team culture, oversees staff development, payroll, and compliance, and partners with leadership to achieve organizational goals. Focuses on delivering a safe, high-quality customer experience, coaching and developing employees, managing schedules and maintenance, and leveraging KPIs to boost membership revenue and retention.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work 45–50 hours per week
