Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Company and governmental regulations related to food safety and employee relations. Key tasks include recruiting and training staff, managing financial controls, maintaining a positive customer experience, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment. Candidates should have three years of management experience in a restaurant, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility.
- Ability to manage all shifts without supervision.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR) for positions requiring significant business driving.
