Job Summary
The General Manager is accountable for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations. Responsibilities include recruiting and training restaurant staff, managing employee relations, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The role requires managing financial controllables, following operational updates, and executing marketing programs. Candidates must have at least three years of restaurant management experience and a high school diploma, with food safety certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
