Job Summary
Lead daily store operations for a Southeast Idaho Domino's franchise, managing inventory, cost control, and equipment while ensuring high-quality customer service and complaint resolution. Recruit, train, and develop team members through on-the-job programs, overseeing cleanliness, order processing, and product preparation across all stations. Perform basic math and inventory tracking to maintain profit margins and stock freshness. This role requires strong phone and in-person communication skills, hands-on equipment operation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
