Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading all branch operations, safety, sales, and financial performance for the Wood Dale, IL location. Drive P&L/EBITDA performance, oversee hiring and development of a high-performing team, ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards, and build client relationships through regular visits. Lead sales efforts, coach using Sandler methodologies, maintain client engagement, and represent the company at industry and community events. Leverage Salesforce and BI reporting to monitor performance, conduct SWOT analyses, and implement strategies for growth and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations & sales leadership within a service-based organization
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and EBITDA
- Proficiency in Salesforce and BI financial reporting
- Strong understanding of Sandler Sales Training principles and ability to coach across employees
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with focus on continuous improvement
