Job Summary
Oversee all operational and fiscal aspects of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Responsible for people development by recruiting, training, and motivating staff. Maintain guest satisfaction by leading the team to meet company standards in service and establishing positive customer relationships. Manage financials including labor, food, and cash systems effectively. Ensure operational compliance through effective training and maintenance programs. Maintain positive employee relations through performance reviews and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field are preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving.
