Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations for a WhiteWater Express location by driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive team culture. Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff while managing performance, retention, and payroll tasks. Uphold safety protocols, enforce company policies, and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain site standards. Utilize KPI tools and business intelligence dashboards to manage controllable costs and increase membership revenue. Work 45–50 hours per week, reporting directly to the Area Director.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands
