Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for providing excellent operations management, adhering to company standards and regulations regarding guest services, food safety, employee relations, and financial objectives. Main duties include recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing financial controllables, ensuring compliance with health and safety codes, and implementing marketing strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to develop a team, excellent organizational capabilities, and advanced analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and insurance

- Advanced studies in business or restaurant management
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR) for positions requiring significant business driving
