Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is accountable for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring 100% compliance with company and government regulations including health inspections and safety procedures. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing employees, conducting performance reviews, maintaining guest satisfaction, and managing financial controllables. The ideal candidate should take personal ownership of tasks, demonstrate organizational discipline, and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibilities, and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field are preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
Additional Requirements
