Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for excellent operations management, ensuring compliance with all company standards, guest services, food and employee safety, and financial objectives. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing financial controllables, maintaining operational compliance, and implementing marketing programs. Successful candidates will have three years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma, and food safety certification, with advanced studies preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
