Job Summary
General Manager to oversee multiple parking accounts with supervision of full-time and part-time staff; manage daily parking operations, monitor lots, dispatch, staff assignment, customer issue resolution, and staff hiring/training/evaluation. Plans and administers on-street and off-street parking programs; participates in long-range planning; develops and enforces policies, budgets, and service level targets; provides guidance to staff; submits budget recommendations and monitors variances; promotes safety and maintains audit controls. Project manages equipment installations, RFPs, facility improvements, and operational enhancements. Ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking, customer service, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years parking experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related field preferred but not required. Equivalent experience considered.
- Five years of related experience including supervisory experience.
