Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth while overseeing all operational functions including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance. Manage budget development, financial planning, and P&L oversight to ensure profitability, and analyze performance metrics to optimize processes. Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering accountability and implementing company policies and compliance standards across the Troy location. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors while driving sales initiatives and customer satisfaction programs. Monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular reports for senior leadership, and identify internal talent for career development and succession planning.

- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performance
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills with a visionary mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
