Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for excellent operations management, adherence to company standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training personnel, conducting performance reviews, managing restaurant financials, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining cleanliness, executing marketing programs, and building relationships with team members and vendors. Successful candidates must possess three years of relevant management experience and a high school diploma, with preferred qualifications in advanced studies in business or restaurant management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving: District Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
