Job Summary
Oversee and manage all restaurant areas to achieve defined organizational results, including planning, organizing, and directing guest services, food and beverage, inventory, and safety. Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs, while ensuring accurate completion of financial reporting and payroll duties. Enforce sanitary practices, maintain professional image, and estimate food and beverage costs to minimize waste. Manage shifts through daily decision-making and scheduling, interview hourly employees, and conduct training and performance reviews. Investigate complaints, ensure compliance with federal and local laws, and complete accident reports promptly. Maintain an accurate staffing plan, prepare schedules, and follow all mandatory meetings and policies. Requires ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum of 10 years in hospitality with 5 years in management.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in hospitality management or acceptable experience in the industry
- Minimum of 10 years in the hospitality industry
- 5 years of management experience
- Must be friendly and guest service oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must have a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have problem solving abilities
- Must be self-motivated
- Commitment to quality service
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Driving History
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- Must comply with dress standards
- Authorization to work in the USA
