Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including guest services, food and beverage, inventory, and financial reporting. Manage staff by interviewing hourly employees, conducting training, and handling hiring, supervision, and performance reviews. Enforce sanitary practices, safety protocols, and operational standards while minimizing costs and maximizing sales. Prepare staffing schedules, place supply orders, and resolve guest complaints. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Complete required training, attend mandatory meetings, and uphold the MHRG brand through ethical business practices. Must be ServSafe certified, hold a valid driver's license, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in hospitality management
- 10 years in the hospitality industry
- 5 years of management experience
- Friendly and guest service oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency

- Able to understand English
