Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for providing excellent operations management, ensuring compliance with all Company standards, best practices, policies, and procedures. This role includes accountability for operational and fiscal effectiveness, guest service excellence, and employee development. Key responsibilities involve recruiting and training staff, managing employee relations, maintaining financial controls, ensuring operational compliance, and implementing marketing programs effectively. A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications

- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
