Job Summary
General Manager at Einstein Bros. Bagels responsible for overseeing all store operations with a “treat it like you own it” mindset. The role operates on a one-shift model with early starts (as early as 4am) to handle baking, opening, and ensuring audit-ready conditions, catering/mobile/in-store orders, and superior guest experiences. GMs float across positions during breakfast and lunch rushes, manage scheduling, deposits, inventory, and daily close within a 6am–2pm window. Training comprises 5 weeks with a focus on achieving food cost and labor targets, recruiting and developing internal talent, and optimizing performance. Prior GM/AGM experience in a restaurant is valued; exposure to P&L analysis is beneficial. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
